What can I put in my bin/bag?
You can put leaves, garden prunings, grass clippings, weeds and branches no thicker than your wrist. If you have questions about what can or can’t go in the bag, check out our FAQs page or call our team.
Important information
If you want to miss a scheduled collection please let us know by 9.00am the day before the date of collection. If your collection falls on a Monday please notify us by 5.00pm on the Friday prior to your scheduled collection date. You can contact us by text, phone call or email. If you haven't contacted us you will be charged the full price of your garden bag or wheelie bin to recover operational expenses.
